These Terms of Use govern your use of Laraxo.com, operated by Laraxo Ltd, with its registered office at Amathus Avenue, 4532 Agios Tychonas, Limassol, Cyprus, Registration Number: HE 445193 ("Company", "we", "us").

1. User Types

Users are either Offeror Users (who post ads and profiles) or Recipient Users (who view and contact Offeror Users).

2. Consent & Age Verification

By accessing Laraxo.com, you confirm you are 18 years or older and agree to abide by these Terms of Use. Offeror Users must not post unlawful or coerced content.

3. Content & Moderation

• We do not pre-approve user content.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates laws or our Terms.
• Report concerns to abuse@laraxo.com or privacy@laraxo.com.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not post illegal, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content. Content violating netiquette or public morality is also forbidden.

5. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. For paid services, our maximum liability is the higher of EUR 500 or total fees paid in the prior 12 months. For free services, it is capped at EUR 150.

6. Paid Services

• Offeror Users must verify age and identity through Yoti Ltd.
• We do not offer refunds but may issue credits at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to block profiles with refund disputes.

7. Prohibited Material & Guidelines

• No real sexual intercourse or nude images.
• No links, irrelevant posts, or foreign languages.
• No advertisements for illegal substances, weapons, or extreme pornographic content.
• Only three free ads per week unless promoted.
• Strict ban on hate speech, paedophilia, and revenge porn.

8. Copyright & IP

Users must own or have permission to post all content. Posting others’ personal data without consent is prohibited.

9. Changes to Site

We may modify the site or suspend access temporarily for maintenance or updates without liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Indian courts.
